Structural Injection Core Testing

Part of Concrete Solutions® quality control policy is that every structural injection project where practical is cure tested. Core testing is the only definitive way to illustrate that the epoxy resin has fully penetrated the crack so that the crack‘s void has been filled. The filling of a crack has been defined to have failed if the crack‘s void is less than 80% full, this Standard is in accordance with EN 1504 part 10.
